Footloop and Security Link
The footloop is the cord you put your foot in to stand up while ascending the rope. The security link connects your hand ascender to your D-ring so you don't fall if your chest jammer is disconnected.

Buy an integrated footloop and security link. It comes as one piece, ready to use. You can buy them separately and make your own, but it's not worth the hassle. The integrated setup is well priced and works straight out of the bag.
