– Review the trip sign-up page in Neo Crew to identify which participants need gear and what specific items are required.
– Communicate this list to the Tackle Manager clearly and well in advance.
– Coordinate the collection and transport of all necessary equipment from the tacklestore in Glossop to the trip meeting point. You are responsible for ensuring it gets there, but you don’t have to transport it yourself—delegation is encouraged!

– Arrange for all hired gear to be collected from participants at the end of the event.
– Coordinate the prompt return of all equipment to the tacklestore so it can be cleaned and prepared for the next trip.
– Communicate your return plan (when and how) to the Tackle Manager.
– Report any missing or damaged items to the Tackle Manager. You are not responsible for cleaning the gear.
