To plan and coordinate all the caving activities for the weekend, ensuring every member has a suitable, safe, and enjoyable trip that matches their skill level.

Research suitable caves and mines in the area, considering a range of difficulties and weather options. Review the skills and experience of all attendees. Liaise with the Gear & Tackle Coordinator to ensure all necessary group equipment (ropes, tackle bags, etc.) is brought on the trip.

On Friday night, lead the planning session to organise cavers into appropriate groups for Saturday and Sunday. Help groups choose objectives that match their abilities and the conditions. Ensure every attendee has a caving trip to go on. Your role is to facilitate the planning; you are not required to lead a trip yourself, but you can if it fits with the overall weekend plan.
