For the entire weekend, you are in charge of all club tackle. Your job is to work with the Caving Coordinator to ensure every trip has the right gear, every member has what they’ve hired, and everything makes it back to the store.

– **Consult the Caving Coordinator**: Get their list of required group tackle (ropes, rigging gear) for the potential trips.
– **Check Neo Crew**: Get a list of all personal gear hire requests (helmets, SRT kits, etc.).
– **Leader Bags**: Determine how many caving groups there will likely be and ensure you have enough Leader Bags.
– **Coordinate Collection**: Send your complete master list to the Tackle Manager and arrange a plan to collect everything and transport it to the hut.

You are the point person for all gear at the hut.
– **Friday Night Allocation**: After the caving groups are finalised, work with the Caving Coordinator to allocate the correct ropes, rigging, and Leader Bag to each Trip Leader.
– **Personal Kit**: Distribute all hired personal gear to the correct participants.

– **Collect Everything**: Before leaving the hut, ensure all hired personal kit and group tackle is returned to you.
– **Coordinate Return**: Arrange for the prompt and safe return of all gear to the tacklestore.
– **Report Issues**: Inform the Tackle Manager of any missing or damaged items.
