If you've ever wondered how to go up or down ropes safely in caves, then this is the ideal training day for you. You'll go through the kit, skills and techniques to use ropes in caves in a safe and supportive environment with a professional trainer.

You need your own Horizontal Gear for this trip.

The suggested gear for this trip is: Oversuit, Undersuit, Helmet and Head Torch, Kneepads, Gloves, Wellies.

We can't lend horizontal gear on this trip.

Previous Experience:

Must have caved with us before — come along to an Extra-Welcoming Giggletrip first
