What the Trip Will Be Like

Wowfactor

Estimated Duration: 3.125 hours

Note: Cave trip durations vary widely based on group experience, preparation time, navigation, and rest breaks.

A compact but interesting old lead mine following the Ball Eye Pipe vein. Features a short pitch, varied passage including tight crawls and pipe workings, and an optional through-trip. Often underestimated due to its short entry in Caves of the Peak District, but provides a surprisingly long and absorbing trip with good opportunities for exploration.
